Lunch: French lentil salad on baby arugula with salmon salad on rice cake
Snack: Fibre bars, blood red orange
Dinner: Extra lean ground beef patty with melted cheddar cheese, steamed veggies
Late Night Snack: Neal Brothers' Cheese Popcorn
