Breakfast: Squash porridge: cooked squash, milk, butter, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin seeds
Snack: Veggie protein bar
Lunch: Quiche (without crust) and carrot soup
Dinner: Sausage and rapini with garlic and 2 small new potatoes, made in frying pan
