Snack: cashews and fresh fruit
Lunch: tuna with mayo and capers, 10 corn tortilla chips, green salad
Snack: homemade peanut butter cookies (from the specific carbohydrate diet book)
Dinner: quiche Lorraine with sautéed kale and garlic
