Breakfast: Plain cow's milk yogurt (no more goat for me ever) with granola, strawberries
Snack: Peanut butter and bananas on rice bread toast
Lunch: Boiled egg spinach salad and roast chicken leg
Dinner: Roast chicken with broccoli side
