Breakfast: Oatmeal porridge with pecans, pumpkin seeds, raisins, protein powder, milk and cardamom.
Lunch: Bison pate on seed crackers with dried apricots and raw red pepper
Snack: 1/2 banana with peanut butter, fresh mango
Dinner: Pork roast with french green beans
